FUNCTION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION

Program activities play in early childhood education has a number of functions, namely : (1) to develop all the capabilities of the child in accordance with the stage of development, (2) introduce children to the world around, (3) developing the socialization of children, (4) introduce regulations and instill discipline in children, and (5) provide opportunities for children to enjoy playing.


Based on the purpose of early childhood education can be explored some of the functions of early childhood education, namely :

a. Adaptation function

Play a role in helping children to adjust to a variety of environmental conditions and adjust to the situation in itself. b . Socialization function
